make bootstrap fails:
gcc -o oo-spd/i386/preprep.exe \
-gdwarf-2 -g3 -Lt:/emacscvs/lib oo-spd/i386/preprep.o
windres -O coff -o oo-spd/i386/emacsclient.res emacsclient.rc
Essential Lisp files seem to be missing. You should either
do `make bootstrap' or create `lisp/abbrev.elc' somehow.
make: *** [maybe-bootstrap-SH] Error 255
