I’m not quite sure what you mean but I got this from my Finnish
keyboard:
previous line
ụ̧̨̄̈̂̃́̀̌̆̊̉̋̈̄̇
next line
It’s U+1E7B LATIN SMALL LETTER U WITH MACRON AND DIAERESIS with added
combining diacritical marks.
