Yes it feels wrong. The problem seems to be that if you are visiting a
clocking line from log mode in the agenda you end up inside the folded
drawer the clock line is on. I think what should really happen is that
line should be revealed. If you didn't enable visible mode then C-a
would go to the beginning of the drawer which makes sense to me -- and
seems to be what is it currently doing.
I think we just need to reveal the clock drawer data if you visit it
from the agenda and that should fix the problem you are experiencing.
The other option is change C-a so that it notices that visible mode is
enabled and just navigates on the current line.
