I'm using Emacs mainly under Linux, but at work I'm forced to use Windows as well. Sure enough, I'm installing Emacs under Windows as well but there I'm not able (not knowledgeable enough) to compile the latest and greatest, so I'm glad to hear from your initiative, thank you for your effort and please keep it up.
