I use a lot emacs in text-mode, is it possible to simply avoid uses of a
specific color (background color).
I don't want to browse all customize menu to adjust the wrong color. :)

What do you mean by ``avoid using''? What would you like to happen
when a face specifies that color as background?

When It happens, it would be nice to change this color to a default
color compatible with the background.

Just do M-x list-colors-display RET, that will show you the
problematic faces quickly.
