how can i send bug report?

how can i send bug report?

Suddenly my emacs crased. By the way i don't know what problem is. How
can i send bug reporting? May i subscribe bug-report mailing list? Or is
there some documentation to guide about emacs bug or trouble?

It's not necessary.

There is. Before or after reading you could choose "Send Bug  
Report..." from Help menu.

Well, that was English, i have some trouble to understand. Is there some
Korean help documents?

M-x report-emacs-bug

You don't have to use the e-mail features of Emacs but you should use
that as a "template" if you will for your bug report and then you can
copy that into whatever mail service you use.
