Hello,
Currently, ordered list items may be (re-)started with a different value
(e.g., 20), by writing the item with `[@20]'.
A nice-to-have feature would be the ability to resume a list at the previous
value + 1, such as:
╭────
│ 1. This
│ 2. That
│
│ Some intermediate paragraph.
│
│ 3. [@resume] Those
╰────
That would allow for more efficiency when adding or deleting items from the
previous list.
Best regards,
Seb

Hi Sebastien,
this would be nice to have, but is non-trivial to implement and not easily mapped to different backends.
