OK, obviously we should keep the `report-emacs-bug' stuff, it is fun and fast once you get the hang of it. However why don't you just set up a parallel system, another interface, more modern in the sense that has been mentioned, but something that ultimately will do the same thing? Have it all interconnected? So everyone can use whatever interface they like, much like some people use gmane.emacs.help, others help-gnu-emacs with mail splitting, and so on?
