This format was intended to be compatible with `edit-kbd-macro`,
and it uses such logic in `edmacro-format-keys` for alignment:

		  (make-string (max (- 3 (/ (length desc) 8)) 1) 9)
		  ";; " (if (stringp bind) bind (symbol-name bind))
