No, there's only
> Group nnselect:nnselect-86a6nvw3hv.fsf contains no messages

Setting "gnus-verbose" to true before starting gnus results in gnus
refusing to start with
> gnus-check-server: Wrong type argument: number-or-marker-p, nil

Setting it after starting gnus make me unabel to read groups:

I'm also unable to exit gnus:
