Help my emacs crash on Windows10-64bit

    Hello, I want say that I get the "a fatal error has occurred!" with no
error code every single time when I started emacs on my
machine(Win10-64bit). I've try many versions of emacs from emacs 24 to 26,
but the result is same. I couldn't even see the program UI came out.

    I can't undstand these message.
    I've tried to find out what happend, but only I've found is that the
error may be related with the file KernelBase.dll. Please help me.
    And the emacs-w64-25.3 also didn't work.

Which Emacs version is that, and what is the binary zip you installed?
Please tell the exact name of the zip and where did you download it
from.

Do these crashes happen even if you invoke Emacs as "emacs -Q"?

You should follow the directions of Eli Zaretskii, but just know that
I've been running

  GNU Emacs 24.3.1 (i386-mingw-nt6.2.9200) of 2013-03-17 on MARVIN

for a couple of years already.  My Windows 10 is a 64-bit Windows 10
Pro, version 1803, OS build 17134.48.
