Disable mouse-wheel-mode by `M-x mouse-wheel-mode' then see if tilting
gives `<wheel-right> is undefined' or `<wheel-left> is undefined'.  If
not, configure Logitech mouse.

Following is not necessary.

    (define-key global-map [mouse-6] 'mwheel-scroll)
