Sorry for chiming in, but is `emoji-zoom-increase' supposed to work on
Windows as well?  Putting the cursor on the GRINNING FACE above and
hitting

  C-x 8 e + + + +

doesn't change anything for me.  This is with cfc754a67c on Win10.
