Law navigation is usually done by "Paragraph/Absatz", typically written as "=C2=A723, Abs. 3" IIRC. =C2=B6 is not used for navigation, mer= ely for printer instructions. It denotes a paragraph (namely the end of an "Absatz"), not a "Paragraph".
