I think I had the same problem last time :) Maybe it's not worth to implement such a complicated thing like a = browser in elisp, there are way too many things to take care of. Anyway w3m from this page http://emacs-w3m.namazu.org/index-en.html doesn't really look in a good shape either, last release in 2005... I don't really need much, I just wanted to see simple html+css pages in = emacs...=
