ibuffer: tell it to show all buffers

ibuffer: tell it to show all buffers

I think it would be useful at times to be able to tell ibuffer to
show all buffers, including hidden ones (where the buffer name starts
with space).

Is this possible already?  (I couldn't find anything in the menus.)

I believe `C-u - 1 g' (or any negative argument) does what you're
looking for.
