This is an example illustrating the difference.
- Have point on the *table* of the following subtree.
--8<---------------cut here---------------start------------->8---
* foo
| foo | foo |
| foo | foo |
* bar
--8<---------------cut here---------------end--------------->8---
- Use command `org-narrow-to-subtree'. See the effect.
- Use command `widen' to get rid of the restriction.
- Make sure to have point on the table of the subtree again.
- Use command `org-narrow-to-element. See the effect.
- Compare!
