xargs reads some file names from stdin, invokes mkid with them, then
reads more file names, invokes mkid again. So what will happen is
this:

mkid file1 ... file100
mkid file101 ... file200
mkid file201 file202 file203

This is assuming that xargs reads chunks of 100 file names each and
there are 203 files.

Does mkid overwrite its database on each call?
