Hi,
I'm currently trying to write a guide/introduction to the Emacs core.
I was reading lisp.h and I was wondering:
Why can Lisp_Object be a struct? What is the purpose of the
CHECK_LISP_OBJECT_TYPE define?

To catch code that abuses the fact that Lisp_Object is an integer data
type.

See above.
