Hi,
When I start Emacs (GNU Emacs 24.1.1 i386-mingw-nt6.0.6002), I always
got a gcc error (see the attachment)? Please help.

You have a DOS port of GCC installed, which also happens to be
incompatible with the CPU on your machine. I suggest to install the
MinGW port of GCC instead
