bug#24465: 25.1; term does not keep point position when switching buffers

Indeed, it's a side effect of the new feature whereby subprocesses are
told to adjust their window size when the size of the buffer in which
they run changes.

I fixed this on the emacs-25 branch, so I'm marking the bug done.
Feel free to reopen if there are some left-overs.
