No. Especially since we stopped splitting our manuals into foo-N parts long ago. The only issue today is that renaming the Info file will make the successful update of the system-wide DIR file by install-info at "make install" time more important, otherwise people might have an old manual presented to them. Not sure what this means for the various binary distros.
