Re: Run `M-x list-input-methods` and then scroll down the screen in input method panel using the mouse or arrow key will cause Emacs unresponsive for about 1 minite.

Thanks, but I meant the values of the following variables inside
Emacs:

  system-configuration
  system-configuration-options
  system-configuration-features

And please show them in both builds: the "slow" one and the "fast"
one.  We need to compare them.
