Just an FYI, so feel free to close the bug.
I've been getting crashes with this build, seemingly randomly. There is
no fatal-error-do-you-want-to-debug dialog box from Emacs, and no
emacs_backtrace.txt. There is only the MS Windows dialog box asking
whether to send a report to Microsoft.
In GNU Emacs 24.3.50.1 (i386-mingw-nt5.1.2600)
of 2013-03-17 on ODIEONE
Bzr revision: 112068 michael.albinus@gmx.de-20130317173046-sgy1bmmkkizorqby
Windowing system distributor `Microsoft Corp.', version 5.1.2600
Configured using:
`configure --with-gcc (4.7) --no-opt --enable-checking --cflags
-IC:/Devel/emacs/build/include --ldflags -LC:/Devel/emacs/build/lib'

Do you see something about this in the Event Viewer?

What's the event viewer and where do I find it?

Right-click on "My Computer" and select "Manage". You will see "Event
Viewer" there; expand it and click on "Application". Look for "Error"
in the "Type" column.

I see two entries for today, 8 seconds apart, both with Application Error listed
as the Source and Category None. The first has Event 1000, the second has Event
1001. User is N/A for each.
Right-clicking to get Properties for each:
The first has Description:
Faulting application emacs.exe version 24.3.50.0, faulting module emacs.exe,
version version 24.3.50.0, fault address 0x0015146c. And there some are Bytes
of data.
The second has Description:
Fault bucket -815031323. And there some are Bytes of data.
Does that help?

The fault address is the useful data, but unfortunately it is not in
Emacs application code, so we cannot do anything with that data alone.
