I still see it.

And frankly, I don't expect anything else: "C-h k" for mouse clicks is
notoriously hard to get accurate, because the processing of a click is
so complicated.  I don't see how the help system can know statically
what can be computed only dynamically, by trying several bindings in
succession until one succeeds.

So I won't lose any sleep over this issue.  Especially since the
tooltip that pops says what will happen with each click.
