I don't mind, but what I meant was to allow Lisp code written to manipulate tooltips to be able to find the 'tooltip' frame parameter when calling frame-parameter(s) for the tooltip frames. This should preferably happen even if some code removes that parameter from tooltip-frame-parameters.
