Hi.

What is this that gets inserted in vc-log?  It makes the checkin fail with the 
message "Unrecognized bug debbugs:7425. Commit refused".

I suspect it is this dir-locals thing:

As I said, it won't work unless everyone configures their bazaar.conf.

Thanks.  The admin/notes/bugtracker talks about ~/bazaar.conf.
But I have ~/.bazaar/bazaar.conf.  Is it a typo or can both be used?
The docs 
(http://doc.bazaar.canonical.com/bzr.2.2/en/user-guide/configuring_bazaar.html) only 
mention ~/.bazaar/bazaar.conf.

It's a typo.  Now fixed (on the emacs-23 branch).
