How do I update (or delete) the manual at
https://www.gnu.org/software/emacs/manual/html_mono/ada-mode.html

It's woefully out of date, but is still the first hit in a web search
for "emacs ada-mode".

I think it's there because it used to be included in the Emacs manual,
but now that it's an ELPA package, it is not in the current Emacs
manual.

It's not linked from the Emacs manual contents page at
https://www.gnu.org/software/emacs/documentation.html
