Is it just me, or do others see this problem as well?
cvs ci -m "" lisp/ChangeLog
cvs commit: [10:15:55] waiting for nobody's lock in /cvsroot/emacs/emacs/lisp
cvs commit: [10:16:25] waiting for nobody's lock in /cvsroot/emacs/emacs/lisp
cvs commit: [10:16:55] waiting for nobody's lock in /cvsroot/emacs/emacs/lisp
cvs commit: [10:17:25] waiting for nobody's lock in /cvsroot/emacs/emacs/lisp
cvs commit: [10:17:55] waiting for nobody's lock in /cvsroot/emacs/emacs/lisp
cvs commit: [10:18:25] waiting for nobody's lock in /cvsroot/emacs/emacs/lisp
cvs commit: [10:18:55] waiting for nobody's lock in /cvsroot/emacs/emacs/lisp
and so on and on, ad nauseam.
Does anyone know how to stop this?

Update works here, haven't tried checkin.

I think it requires a removal of the lock file on savannah.
