The values returned by the function get-char-code-property for the
`mirrored' property are not useful: they are the symbols `Y' or `N'.
What is needed is, for each character that should be mirrored, to
return the character code of its mirror image, if any. This
information is provided by the Unicode database in the file
BidiMirroring.txt.
Do we have this information in Emacs? If not, are there plans to add
it?
