A while ago Eli said that he was waiting for a couple of branches to be
merged to the trunk. That was before the :extend and tab-bar branches were
merged.
Is something else keeping us from starting pretest?

The tabs are still not finished, and the face extension just fixed its
bug. I'd like to wait until the development of tabs is complete, and
be sure face extension doesn't need anything else.
I hope this will happen soon, and we will then start the pretest.
