Thanks, but please provide a full reproduction recipe starting from "emacs -Q" and including the minimal customizations needed to change the mouse click to perform the "minimize" function. We need this to be able to investigate the problem. Also, are you mentioning that specific Logitech mouse because you can only reproduce the problem with that particular type?
