It's possible that the above commands don't produce a clean branch.  I
suggest to do a "bzr branch" and then compare the pristine branch with
this one.

The "all" target doesn't seem to invoke anything that recreates those
files.  Whether that is a or isn't a bug is another matter, but it
surely isn't Windows specific.
