Hi
I am running
GNU Emacs 22.3.1 (i386-mingw-nt5.1.2600) of 2008-09-07 on SOFT-MJASON
under window XP.
how can I complete a word that I am writing with out typing the rest of it
specially when I wrote it before in the same buffer?

There are a couple of modes listed here
http://www.emacswiki.org/emacs/PredictiveMode
Or you could just try M-/ at point or specifically after the letters you
just typed. That may be optimal if you don't want to install packages
