Hi,
it looks like the following change broke compilation of master under
cygwin:

Reduce nt and src Makefile duplication wrt emacs.res
make -C ../nt ../src/emacs.res

make[3]: *** No rule to make target 'emacs.rc', needed by '../src/emacs.res'. Stop.
make[3]: Leaving directory '/cygdrive/c/users/rpluim/space/emacs.git/nt'
Makefile:720: recipe for target 'emacs.res' failed
There's an emacs.rc.in in ../nt, but it looks like it's not been
processed into emacs.rc
