     If this variable is non-`nil', the line-move, scroll-up, and
     scroll-down functions will automatically modify the vertical scroll
     position to scroll through display rows that are taller than the
     height of the window, for example in the presence of large images.
 
The function names cited need to be enclosed in `...'.

If you checkout the trunk from Bzr and ask for write access, you an make
those changes yourself (you could even install this one directly in
emacs-24).

Sorry, not interested.  I've explained to you several times that I will not be
checking things out from Bzr etc.

If you do not want to fix the bug, then don't.
