Subject: GDB not running in Emacs 22.2.1
Date: Thu, 21 Aug 2008 00:17:11 -0700 (PDT) [thread overview]
Message-ID: <7e47ab30-f216-461f-986d-104334b0fd23@z72g2000hsb.googlegroups.com> (raw)
I'm running emacs 22.2.1 (GNU Emacs 22.2.1 (i386-mingw-nt5.1.2600)) on
a Windows XP. When I try to run gdb in emacs (plain M-x gdb or by M-x
gdb --annotate=3 executable.exe) I get an empty buffer and a message
"Symbol's function definition is void: nil". If I use Cygwin and an X-
terminal I can run gdb normally (version GNU gdb 6.8.0.20080328-cvs
(cygwin-special)). Any ideas what might be the problem?
