Nothing major -- just that something seemed to have changed (which did
not seem intended)

Maybe

But I remember that loading dired-details+ (and nothing else) made the
w32-browser keys work.
Now I need to load w32-browser explicitly.  Maybe I loaded it by hand
and forgot :-)
As I said nothing major
