Subject: Error building Emacs 21.3.50 CVS using MSVC 6 - Continued
Date: Wed, 9 Oct 2002 13:46:13 -0400 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <762A7BB74D6AD51195EF00B0D0AA16602C3806@STPETE> (raw)
I am building Emacs using the following batch file:
REM BEGIN buildmsvc.bat
@ECHO OFF
cd emacs\nt
call configure.bat --with-msvc
IF ERRORLEVEL 1 GOTO ERROR_STATE
nmake /f Makefile.nt bootstrap INSTALL_DIR=D:\EMACS_CVS MSVCNT11=1
IF ERRORLEVEL 1 GOTO ERROR_STATE
nmake /f Makefile.nt install INSTALL_DIR=D:\EMACS_CVS MSVCNT11=1
IF ERRORLEVEL 1 GOTO ERROR_STATE
GOTO SUCCESSFUL_BUILD
:ERROR_STATE
ECHO DAMNED! An error occured while building emacs.
GOTO END
:SUCCESSFUL_BUILD
ECHO Emacs was built successfully. Hurray.
:END
cd ..
cd ..
REM END buildmsvc.bat
I am now getting the following error
