Subject: Tracing the Change (Setting) of the Variable default-directory
Date: Wed, 14 Oct 2009 05:26:58 -0700 (PDT) [thread overview]
Message-ID: <68d7ee2f-1b7a-4073-9435-73560316b24b@k4g2000yqb.googlegroups.com> (raw)
Suddenly my Emacs with my own and other add-ons have started to
"sporadically" set the buffer-local value of default-directory to "/
home" and I have no clue where this occurs.
Is it possible to trace this actions somehow?
Do I need to instrument all the possible defs where the setting might
occur?
Thanks in advance,
Nordlöw
