org-clock-display calculate clock time record wrong

I run "org-clock-display" command on an Org file. Here is the screenshot:

The two problems are texted on the screenshot image.

I reproduced the problem with a minimal emacs config (not "emacs -Q").

My environment info:
- Emacs version: GNU Emacs 30.0.50 (build 2, aarch64-apple-darwin23.3.0, NS appkit-2487.40 Version 14.3 (Build 23D56))
 of 2024-04-06
- Org mode version: release_9.6.11-1454-g52ec28
