When I execute command "org-agenda" with key "[a]" to generate
org-agenda day view. Many task entries are duplicated.
Does anyone knows any related Org mode options caused this problem or
how to fix this issue.

I tried many methods trying to figure out the problem reason.
- [X] Emacs init bisect
- [X] Org mode git check out old commits
- [X] init-org-agenda.el options reset
- [X] Emacs minimal init testing -> no problem
My Emacs, Org mode environment:
- GNU Emacs 30.0.50 (build 2, aarch64-apple-darwin23.3.0, NS appkit-2487.40 Version 14.3 (Build 23D5033f)) of 2024-01-12
- Org mode version 9.7-pre (release_9.6.6-426-gba1033 @ /Users/stardiviner/Code/Emacs/org-mode/lisp/)
- My Org mode version is using latest "main" branch (commit: f22be2878)
