* bug tracker woes, bug #1077 aka #670

1. Emacs Bug #1077 (2008-10) was merged with bug #670 (2008-08). OK.
   I sent an update mail to bug #1077 today - the problem still exists.
   No one has looked into it, AFAICT.

2. I see that 3/4 of the posts to bugs #1077 and #670 are
   biblical spam. I click the link "Send a report that this
   bug log contains spam". I get this error:

   "The requested URL /cgi-bin/bugspam.cgi was not found on this server."

Wunderbar. At least bugspam.cgi knows how to cut down on spam for itself. ;-)

Not to mention that the site is so slow. Forget about listing the archived bugs
- that just times out altogether (after hanging the browser and pretty much the
computer for 1/2 an hour or so).

And that mail to owner@emacsbugs.donarmstrong.com bounced.
That's the address listed on the bug-tracker site. Oh well.
