[BUG] tabel is not sent

Hello.

At least to me it looks like a bug. I can't send tabel to a receive
destination in org-mode with C-c C-c. I have to M-x
orgtbl-ctrl-c-ctrl-c.

org-version: 7.01trans (few weks old one)
