Why do we have node Charsets in the Emacs manual? That node describes character
sets. Command `list-character-sets' lists the available character sets. Do users
need that info? Dunno. Seems like it would be about as useful to mention that
command as to mention the commands we already mention in this node:
`list-charset-chars' and `describe-character-set'.

But I really know nothing about character sets. You are no doubt a better judge
of what is useful here.
