Compilation stops because of:
cd .../emacs/doc/lispref; makeinfo --force -I. -I../../info
elisp.texi -o ../../info/elisp
.../emacs/doc/lispref//os.texi:671: `@end' expected `defvar', but
saw `table'.

This, x_set_frame_alpha, could be due to having integrated the
transparency patches ...
xfns.c has: extern void x_set_frame_alpha P_ ((struct frame *, int));
xterm.h has: extern void x_set_frame_alpha P_ ((struct frame *));
xterm.h is from Wednesday night, xfns.c is from this morning.
