Subject: Why does configure now check for gobject-introspection-1.0?
Date: Wed, 20 Jan 2016 10:56:37 -0800 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <569FD865.1010101@cs.ucla.edu> (raw)
Can you please explain why 'configure' now checks for
gobject-introspection-1.0 >= 1.32.1? I don't see where HAVE_GIR is used
anywhere, so it seems unnecessary for 'configure' to check for it.
Perhaps this is for some enhancements planned in the future? If so,
let's omit this part of 'configure' until it's needed.
