Not if we can remove the word "Etags" from this sentence: "the rest are still (and probably always will be) in Etags, Semantic, etc", at least as far as important features are concerned. (I don't really consider tags-apropos-additional-actions to be one: it would be nice to have, but it's not essential, and we don't have to mention it in the manual either way).
