I would like to open the (info "(auctex)Commands"), but I don't know how. Do
I have to open a console somehow and enter the code?

Either open a LaTeX file and choose 'Read the AUCTeX Manual' from the
LaTeX menu or do 'C-h i m auc RET'.

If you read this in Emacs you can place the point (= cursor) after the closing
parenthesis and hit "C-x C-e".
