Position of the cursor in message-buffer by replying in gnus

Is there any way to alter the position of the cusor in the message
buffer when I reply in gnus to an email? The cursor appears so:

XXXX writes:

[here cursor]
[here the yanked original message]

I would like to have the cursor AFTER the yanked original message...

Have a look at these parameters:

Setting message-cite-reply-position to 'below should do what you want.

thanks. This seems to help. But now I have the problem the cursor is
placed exactly on the first : of my signature... Is there any way to
make this placement more precise? That means, something like 'exactly
after the yanked cited text but before the signature'.
